What a terrific time we had! Cozy and quiet, this is the best place for
a relaxing weekend. Evelyn, you really how to cook up "haute cuisine"
with a HUGE delicious breakfast. And, it was nice to meet your wonderful
family. Thank you for your warm and friendly hospitality!

A Country Retreat is a fabulous place to spend the weekend. The drive
from San Francisco is absolutely gorgeous, and the BnB is nestled on a
beautiful ridge over looking the Chetco River. The property is peaceful,
quaint, with various forms of wildlife trampling about, and cocktails on
the deck as the sun is setting is tremendous.
Evelyn is a wonderful hostess and was tremendously helpful with various
sites and locations to see. She also is a fabulous cook, and was able to
work around our schedule to provide breakfast every morning.
A Country Retreat BnB is a fantastic get-a-way location for any one
looking for great service and wonderful down time.

felt immediately calm & peaceful on our first adventure up the Oregon
Coast. The surroundings are stunning - Azaleas in bloom! Beautiful
Maples and woods, I could listen to the Birds Chirp all day! Thanks for
being so attuned to our needs. You know how to pamper! Fresh organic
food & variety on the table each morning. We feel so spoiled! We enjoyed
a trip around Rogue river area - Saw Eagles & Ospreys and amazing large
myrtle trees.I hope this property stays like it is forever - A Very
Special Country Landscape. Cheers!

was the most relaxing weekend we’ve had in a long time, you had
everything that interested us available from the food to the pool table,
and even the Uno cards. Your hospitality was endless and we truly

together wonderfully and Michelle’s Birthday cake turned out
